I was a little bit late to discover that it is time for Supermoon again. So I deciced to take some shots today.

I have set up two main targets for next autumn: to try out LRGB imaging and narrowband imaging as well. One big bonus which comes with NB-filters is that they make imaging possible in the middle of the light polluted skies and that the Moon does not automatically prevent you imaging like it did before.

Powermate 4x is the newest addition into my astro gear. Let's see how it performs when time and weather permits solar observation next time.

Only one active group can be seen in the Sun at the moment. H-alpha image also shows a very long solar filament.

One big active region AR 1762 dominates the Sun at the moment. There are some minor spots too.
