Yesterday I was able to took a couple of pictures of our Sun.

Sun as seen in normal white light. Slight contrast boost was achieved using Solar Continuum filter:

Sun image through very narrowband K-Line (Calcium) filter:

In this close-up image an enormous flare is erupting:
